KINGCOOL Limited Warranty Terms
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. These terms grant you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on local laws. Overall, this warranty ensures that KINGCOOL products will perform as specified in the datasheet and/or product documentation within the product lifespan or warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
- The warranty stated here is the sole and exclusive service and supersedes all other express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, KINGCOOL disclaims any warranty for a specific purpose or use of the product. KINGCOOL is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty, any express or implied warranty on the product, or any legal grounds, including but not limited to direct or indirect loss of profit, revenue, data, or business loss due to the use of the product (or related causes) that result in property or personal injury (including death). This is true even if KINGCOOL has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Duration of Implied Warranties
- Unless prohibited by applicable law, the period of any implied warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for this hardware product shall not exceed the period of the applicable warranty period of this product. Some local laws do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Exclusion Clauses
● This warranty does not cover problems or damages caused by the following, including but not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Removal of any manufacturer marks or labels.
- Improper operation, including any use not following the provided product manual.
- Connection to any improper power voltage.
- Use of third-party parts not manufactured by KINGCOOL or for purposes not related to the product, or any non-KINGCOOL product, which is not covered under this warranty. For service on other products, please consult the relevant manufacturer or retailer.
- Damage, deterioration, or failure due to improper use, malicious damage, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature, industrial use, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or failure to follow installation instructions.
Obsolete or Discontinued Products
●Whenever possible, KINGCOOL will replace obsolete or discontinued products with the same product. If KINGCOOL cannot replace your obsolete or discontinued product with the same product, KINGCOOL will replace it with a new product of similar functionality and equal or greater value.
Statutory Rights
●Consumers have statutory rights in relation to the sale of consumer goods as stipulated by applicable national laws. These rights are not affected by this limited warranty.
No Additional Warranties
●No KINGCOOL employee, reseller, or authorized agent has the authority to modify, supplement, or add to this warranty.
Warranty Process
- Please submit your warranty request via the “Contact Us” page.。
- When submitting your request, include the product model, serial number, and reason for warranty. After receiving the request, we will further request proof of purchase and repair details.
- KINGCOOL reserves the right to decide on the after-sales service of replacement, repair, and warranty products. Consumers must return the hardware with packaging to the original purchase location or to a location specified by KINGCOOL, along with the original sales receipt (or a valid copy thereof).。
- You are responsible for shipping costs and handling fees, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees unless prohibited by applicable local laws. KINGCOOL, at its discretion, will use new parts or used/refurbished parts in good working condition to repair or replace the hardware. KINGCOOL will also cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.。
